undercover care- !!!THE ABUSE EXPOSED!!!

When i first watched this programme, i was absolutely FLABBERGASTED. How could people who are trusted with the care of others behave in such manner and maltreat the patients so wrongly. I found this programme so disturbing and hard to watch.
